Printable activity cards for kids containing 5 breathing exercises that any child can try at home or in the classroom.
Kids should practice mindfulness and calming techniques from a young age. This way, they will be more prepared to handle negative emotions such as anger or anxiety. These activity cards will come in handy for every child and toddler, and especially for the ones who are having a hard time staying focused and relaxed.
Each card presents a simple breathing technique that will help toddlers and kids feel better after only a few minutes of mindful practice. The instructions are easy to follow and kids will love the design! They can track the cute shapes on the cards with their fingers, so they will be even more engaged.
The package includes:
- a printable card for HEART breathing;
- a printable card for LAZY 8 breathing;
- a printable card for SQUARE breathing;
- a printable card for TRIANGLE breathing;
- a printable card for STAR breathing.
Teach your toddler to practice deep breathing and mindfulness using these 5 printable flash cards on a daily basis. Be patient and remember that when it comes to mindfulness, a little goes a long way!
The order includes a printable PDF file containing 5 pages. Each card has a separate page and a rectangle shape that will be easy to cut on paper. I recommend printing on high quality fine art paper on A6 format (105 x 148 mm | 4.13 x 14.8 mm), but you may chose to scale the cards. You will also find a PDF with the backside of the cards, so you can choose to print 2-sided cards.
If you want to save paper, you will find a PDF with all the cards arranged on an A4 paper.
Please mind that the purchase does not include a physical item! If you are having trouble downloading the file, please let me know! If you want to create personalized cards for your kid, don`t hesitate to ask!
Also. I would like to know about the kids` experience with the cards. So, if your child or pupil is enjoying the cards and if you are finding the cards useful, send me a message! Breathing practices helped me a lot, so I am happy to know that more and more people are using these exercises, especially at a young age.
