Bust
Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should de straight and parallel with the floor.

Waist
Wrap the tape measure orotund your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don’t draw it too tight.

Hips
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
