5 out of 5 starsThese cookies were absolutely gorgeous; however, a rock in our landscaping was not as hard as they were. I hated to leave a bad review, because customer service was wonderful; however, customers need to know what they are getting. I ordered 48 cookies and EVERY single one was left on the table either opened or with a bite taken out of them. One lady chipped a tooth on the cookie she was eating.

I’m truly sorry to hear the cookies didn’t meet expectations in texture, as they are normally baked to be firm enough for detailed decorating, but still enjoyable to eat.
