After more than 30 years as a musician and educator, I’ve learned that music is one of the most powerful ways to help children connect with learning.
Throughout my career teaching elementary music (Grades K–5), I saw how naturally music blends with other subjects—reading, math, history, movement, and creativity. My classroom became a place where rhythm helped students understand patterns in math, songs brought history to life, and movement helped young learners remember new ideas.
Over the years, I began creating my own cross-curricular music lessons to make learning more engaging, accessible, and joyful for students. What started as materials for my own classroom quickly became resources that other teachers asked to use as well.
Each lesson in this shop is classroom-tested and designed with real teachers and real students in mind. The activities are simple to implement, flexible for different learning styles, and focused on helping children experience music as a doorway to broader learning.
Here you’ll find resources that combine music with literacy, math, movement, and creative expression—perfect for elementary classrooms, music teachers, homeschool educators, and anyone who believes learning should be active and meaningful.
My hope is that these lessons save teachers time, inspire creativity in the classroom, and help students discover the joy of learning through music.
Thank you for supporting a lifelong musician and educator—and for bringing music into the lives of children.
