Great communication and a really smooth process for picking out icons and designing your bag so you can really get an idea of what it will look like. The bag is high quality and the embroidery is excellent, plus it shipped fast. I got this for my friend’s 30th birthday and I know she will love it! I will be back buying more of these bags as gifts and for myself!!

5 out of 5 starsABSOLUTELY OBSESSED! I was originally going to purchase a custom tote from another brand (not on Etsy) but the icons were so small for the cost and the customizations were limited. I’m soooo glad I ended up ordering from Liz because this is even better than I could have imagined! The icons are perfect size and the embroidery quality is exceptional. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
