I suppose my story begins with my old shop, which you may know as Love the Earth. It began a few years ago, when I was making jewellery out of semi-precious stones, wood and seaglass. I made mala necklaces and full malas too. I still make jewellery but... well

... us creative types are always moving on and exploring new things... and so my current infatuation is with altered books. I love finding an old unwanted book and turning it into something funky, fun and - useful! So I deconstruct books and then reconstruct them with pages for journalling (another passion of mine). There are only so many journals a girl can have at one time, so now I am selling them. I've made them as if they were for me - with great love and attention, adding the kinds of things that would inspire me and kindle creativity.

I'll soon be listing packs of vintage paper ephemera as well as pdfs for those who like scrapbooking and art journalling. Plus the occasional vintage book or magazine that I think should really go to someone who will love it.
