Welkom bij Bert+Ruby Co, we zijn erg blij dat u even langskomt! Wij zijn een door veteranen gerund bedrijf dat zich inzet voor comfortabele, gepersonaliseerde kleding voor het hele gezin. Onze collectie omvat knusse kleding, kaarsen, mutsen, dekens en nog veel meer – elk cadeau is met liefde en zorg ontworpen.
Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in patriottische, christelijke, thuisonderwijs- en Dis-geïnspireerde thema's, evenals vele andere ontwerpen die geloof, familie en vrijheid vieren.
Elk handgemaakt stuk in onze winkel (strikken, prullenbaktafelkleden, bandana's voor huisdieren, sleutelhangers, bladwijzers) wordt met liefde gestikt door mij, een naaister met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring. We gebruiken eeuwenoude patronen die ik met liefde heb doorgegeven van mijn grootmoeder, Ruby. Deze erfgoedtechnieken, gecombineerd met moderne charme, maken elk item bijzonder en uniek. Onze handgemaakte items worden gemaakt met zorg, aandacht en een diepe liefde voor de naaikunst die ik van mijn moeder en grootmoeders heb meegekregen.

⭐️HOE LANG DUURT HET VOORDAT IK MIJN BESTELLING ONTVANG?
De productietijd en geschatte levertijd voor elk artikel vindt u in de productafbeeldingen. "Productietijd" is de tijd die wij nodig hebben om uw bestelling te printen/af te ronden; "Levertijd" is de tijd die USPS nodig heeft om uw bestelling te bezorgen nadat zij uw pakket in bezit hebben gekregen.

⭐️RUILEN:
Elk artikel wordt speciaal voor u bedrukt en gepersonaliseerd na bestelling! Daarom geven we geen geld terug of ruilen we het niet. Mocht uw bestelling beschadigd/verkeerd aankomen, dan sturen we altijd een gratis herdruk.

⭐️KAN IK MIJN BESTELLING ANNULEREN? IK HEB EEN ONJUISTE AANKOOP GEDAAN?
Helaas niet. Onze printproducten worden direct verwerkt door onze printpartner en we kunnen een bestelling niet annuleren vanwege een aankoopfout.
Om er zeker van te zijn dat u niet per ongeluk een artikel heeft gekocht, controleert u uw winkelwagen nogmaals voordat u de transactie voltooit.

⭐️PROBLEMEN MET HET ARTIKEL / DEFECTEN / VERKEERD ARTIKEL:
Open uw pakket direct en controleer de inhoud. Wees alstublieft geduldig, want er kunnen fouten gebeuren. We vervangen een defect artikel graag binnen onze retourtermijn van 14 dagen, maar er worden GEEN terugbetalingen gedaan, om welke reden dan ook.
Wij hebben 24 uur nodig om op uw bericht te reageren. Voeg foto's van het defecte artikel toe. Zo kunnen we de vervanging snel en probleemloos afhandelen.

⭐️PAKKETTEN VERTRAAGD IN DE VERZENDING:
Etsy-winkeleigenaren zijn NIET verantwoordelijk voor artikelen die verloren gaan of vertraging oplopen door toedoen van USPS, FedEx, enz. Zodra een artikel in hun bezit is, is het pakket officieel hun verantwoordelijkheid. Neem contact met ons op als uw bestelling verloren is gegaan of vertraging heeft opgelopen, dan kunnen we u wellicht helpen.

⭐️HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The production time and estimated delivery time for each item can be found within the listing pictures for each item. "Production time" is the time it takes us to print/complete your order; "Delivery time" is the time it takes for the USPS to deliver your items once they have possession of your package.

⭐️EXCHANGES:
Each item is printed and customized especially for you upon order! Because of this, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged/incorrect, we will always issue a free reprint.

⭐️CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? I PURCHASED IN ERROR/BY MISTAKE?
Unfortunately, no. Our printed items begin processing with our Print Partner immediately, and we are unable to cancel an order due to a purchasing error.
To ensure an item is not purchased in error, please double-check your shopping cart before completing your transaction.

⭐️ITEM ISSUES / DEFECTS / INCORRECT ITEM:
Please open your package immediately and inspect your items. Please be kind, as flub-ups can happen. We will happily replace a defective item within our 14-day replacement window, but NO REFUNDS will be issued for any item, for any reason.
Please allow us 24-hours to respond to your message and include photos of the defective item. Doing so will allow the replacement process to be quick and stress free.
