I cannot except returns on Custom orders, but I absolutely guarantee your satisfaction. If I make a mistake I will sent you out a new piece at my expense right away.

For bracelets that you choose a size - please be sure you leave at least 3/4 inch to one inch larger than wrist measurement. For women's bracelets I make an average size of 7.25 -- if you need that larger or smaller please leave the measurement in the message to seller box.

I usually ship jewelry in 1-3 days and ornaments in 3-5. I can almost always ship next day if need be, just send me a convo! Shipping times and an estimated shipping date should be on each item. I only charge what the post office charges for shipping. I guarantee that you will receive your order -- if you order is lost by the post office I will replace it. If the post office says it was delivered to you - you will have to contact your local post office about the package. I don't insure items - but I would never not replace an item lost by the post office.

A lot of people on etsy are selling aluminum and stainless steel jewelry at cheap prices. I only use STERLING SILVER and 14k GOLD FILLED for my quality fine jewelry. You will have my jewelry forever. You can always polish sterling silver back to it's original shine - but although aluminum won't tarnish it is a CHEAP light metal and pits and scratches extremely easily. It is not fine jewelry and will not last. Stainless steel can be nice for some men's jewelry but it has a grey cast and is really not suitable to wear with a communion dress :(-- It has a more casual look and is not considered fine jewelry, Please use this information when comparing price and ordering something that can be a forever keepsake
