Ciao, sono Nikola, la persona che ha creato Controlly Systems.

Ho iniziato a creare questi fogli di calcolo perché mi servivano per il mio lavoro. Le mie entrate non erano sempre le stesse ogni mese e volevo un modo semplice per vedere quanto entravo, quanto spendevo e se i prezzi che applicavo erano effettivamente adeguati.

Questo progetto si è gradualmente trasformato in Controlly Systems. Il negozio ora include strumenti basati su Google Sheets per la gestione dei prezzi, delle entrate, delle spese e della pianificazione aziendale. Sono pensati principalmente per freelance, creatori di contenuti, consulenti e chiunque gestisca una piccola impresa in proprio.

Creo ogni foglio di calcolo per rispondere a una domanda pratica, non solo per memorizzare numeri. Voglio anche che gli strumenti siano facili da usare, anche per chi di solito non ha familiarità con i fogli di calcolo.

I started making these spreadsheets because I needed them in my own work. My income wasn’t always the same each month, and I wanted a simple way to see what was coming in, what I was spending, and whether the prices I charged actually worked.

That gradually turned into Controlly Systems. The shop now includes Google Sheets tools for pricing, income, expenses, and business planning. They’re made mainly for freelancers, creators, consultants, and anyone running a small business on their own.

I build each sheet to answer a practical question, not just to store numbers. I also want the tools to feel easy to use, even if spreadsheets aren’t normally your thing.
