How can I access the digital products I purchased?
Once your purchase is complete, you can easily access your digital products through your Etsy account. Head over to 'Purchases and Reviews,' and click 'Download Files' next to your order. You'll find the template link in the PDF file.
What should I do if I accidentally delete my purchased files?
No worries! You can always re-download your files. Just go to 'Purchases and Reviews' in your Etsy account and click 'Download Files' next to your order.
Custom and personalised orders
If you're experiencing issues downloading your files, please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you're logged into your Etsy account
- Check your internet connection
- Try using a different browser or device
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

Will my template expire?
Templates purchased from my shop will expire within 12 months. This is necessary to protect my designs from being used commercially. When your template expires, you will be required to re-purchase it to be able to keep using it.
Custom and personalised orders
If you need a different size which is not listed in the product descriptions, please get in touch with me after you place your order. I will resize your template as requested free of charge.
Can I change the font type and text colour?
Yes, you can change the font type and text colour. You can choose from a wide range of fonts already saved in my library and pick the colour you want from the colour chart or simply add your own colour code.
There is a DEMO link in the item descriptions which you can try before purchase. You can make all the changes on this DEMO and see how it works.
