5 uit 5 sterrenIk stuur mijn recensie pas laat, maar ik kan jullie niet genoeg bedanken voor mijn aankoop! Het was een cadeau voor mijn moeder en ze was er dolblij mee. Toen ik het beeldje bestelde, had ik niet door dat jullie zo ver weg waren, en toen ik het eindelijk zag, maakte ik me zorgen over hoe zo'n kwetsbaar stuk zo'n lange reis zou maken. Ik voelde me eerlijk gezegd zo schuldig dat het misschien kapot zou gaan omdat ik het onoplettend had besteld. Maar het was zo ongelooflijk goed verpakt dat het in perfecte staat aankwam! Ik kan echt niet blijer zijn met mijn aankoop, of mijn ervaring met deze fijne winkel. Heel erg bedankt dat jullie mijn moeder (en daarmee ook mij) zo blij hebben gemaakt!

SHIPPING
We ship international with tracking number and shipping insurance (value of the item(s) in case of damage or loss during shipping).
We always try our best to send out all orders within 1-3 working days after payment. Each item will be carefully packed. Fragile objects are double packed (2 boxes).
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs fees. (duties, taxes, etc.) If there should be a problem at the customs or post office, they will try to contact you. Message us an active phone number / email address if possible !
Please also be aware of the individual laws of your country regarding imports. We may not be held responsible for any items held by customs.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Please contact us with the reference number(s) of the item(s) and the country of destination. Dependent of the destination address, items can be shipped within 1-5 working days, when the order is delivered at the post office.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
You can buy directly, all items in your cart. We will recalculate the shipping cost. If too much has been paid, the overpaid amount will be refunded, within 1-3 working days after payment. :-)
Or option 2, send us a message with the reference numbers, to request an estimate for combined shipping. Then you know how much will be refunded. Attention: in the time (within 24 hours if possible) between your message and my answer, your favorite item(s) can be purshased by another customer ! :-(

RECEIVING THE PACKAGE
VERY IMPORTANT --> Please take a very good look at the package the moment it arrives. If you notice that it is smashed, damaged, feels broken, or has been opened, then open the package in front of the postman. Ask him to sign a statement if the content arrived already damaged. With that paper I'm 100 % sure the Belgian Post will reimburse the value of the item(s). Without that paper , the insurance will not be functional ! :-(

RETURNS
Please contact us within 3 days after delivery so we can assist you with your return.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery and shipped well-packed with tracking and shipping insurance. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Returns to avoid to pay custom taxes will be refused.
