What payment options do we offer?
We currently accept both Credit Card and Paypal payments at checkout.
What is the cost for domestic orders within Australia?
All of our knob, pulls, handles, wall hooks and curtain holdbacks are handmade and made to order.
For all domestic Australian orders - a flat rate of $9.95 applies, and your parcel will arrive via varying couriers, depending on your location. Our flat-fee domestic delivery includes postage, handling and package tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer two options for International orders - standard trackable (all international orders are trackable) and trackable with signature on delivery. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER TO BE TRACKABLE WITH SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY YOU MUST SELECT THE "SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY" OPTION’ IN THE SHIPPING SECTION ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE. Do.Up is NOT responsible for any lost orders. Any lost orders will need to be followed up by the buyer with the postage company using the tracking number provided. Shipping from Australia can take approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
What happens if I entered the incorrect address at checkout?
If an incorrect address has been provided at the time of transaction and an order is returned to DoUp you will be required to pay for this package to be re-sent.

What happens if my order is damaged?
If your order is delivered in a damaged or broken state, please advise us so we can rectify. We do take care in packaging up your purchase and take every measure possible to ensure our products arrive in one perfect piece.
What is the Returns Policy?
If you have a change of mind or not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch with us to return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Note that returns are not accepted for sale items, special orders, items that have been installed, modified, missing components and no longer in their original sealed packaging.
Upon return, your item will be inspected and refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Do.Up reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Ensure items are packed securely and you track your item. Allow 3 weeks processing time.
