Frequently asked questions
What is a digital download?
All products in HerVisionHaven are instant digital downloads (PNG files with transparent backgrounds). You’ll receive high-quality files immediately after purchase – no physical items will be shipped.
How do I access my files after purchase?
Right after payment, Etsy will show a download link. You’ll also get an email with the files. Log into your Etsy account > Purchases > Download files anytime. Files are available forever!
What can I use these cliparts for?
You can use them for personal projects, planners, stickers, invitations, sublimation prints, print-on-demand items, small business products (up to 500 sales per design), and more. Perfect for crafters and handmade shops!
Is commercial use allowed?
Yes! Small commercial use is included (up to 500 end products per design). No credit required. Not allowed: reselling as-is digital files, or using in mass production/trademarks.
What file formats will I receive?
Most listings include high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI, transparent background). Some bundles also include JPG versions. Sizes are mentioned in each listing description.
Custom and personalised orders
Absolutely! I love custom requests. Just send me a message with your idea (colors, theme, text, etc.), and I’ll let you know if I can create it for you ♡
Are the files editable?
PNG files are ready-to-use but not layered/editable like PSD. You can resize, layer, and add text in programs like Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, or Silhouette.
I’m having trouble downloading – what should I do?
Try using a computer instead of mobile, or a different browser. If issues continue, message me on Etsy with your order number – I’ll resend the files instantly!
Do you offer refunds on digital items?
Due to the instant download nature, refunds aren’t possible. But if there’s any issue with files, contact me right away – I’ll fix it or provide alternatives happily.
How often do you add new designs?
I add new clipart bundles and holiday collections regularly! Favorite the shop or follow on socials to stay updated on fresh watercolor and festive designs ♡
