Custom and personalized orders
I offer 14 day returns on all items. For sized items such as rings and bracelets there is 10% restock fee because of the labor costs in customizing the size and also for tennis jewelry. If you want to resize an item there is a small cost to do that. For most items if you want to return and exchange for another item of the same cost you can message me with that request. For custom orders there is no returns. If you have any issues with an order you can message me I am happy to help :)
