*CUSTOM BOUQUET PACKAGES*

When ordering your Wedding Bouquet Package, Please book 3 months in advance, this time allows me to purchase your flowers, make them and get them boxed up.
When contacting me please include the following information, floral design style, sizes, quantity, wedding colors, flower type and color, budget and wedding date.

Once we have finalized the details of your wedding package I will create a listing for your review. A 50% non - refundable deposit on all custom orders is due when your order is placed and the balance due upon prior to shipping.

You will receive photos of your bouquet and any other items ordered for your approval before they are posted, therefore any minor changes may be made accordingly before shipment.
Payment must be made in full before flowers are started.

Multiple or major changes of style, color or size are subject to an additional labor fee.

All photos are a representation of the items available for purchase, we can create the bouquets as close to the picture as possible

1- I LOVE A BOUQUET BUT IT'S NOT IM MY COLOUR SCHEME? - Not a problem we can colour match your flowers all we need is a fabric swatch from you and we do the rest.

2- DO YOU MAKE MATCHING BRIDESMAIDS FLOWERS AND BUTTONHOLES? - Yes we do.

3 - Having trouble findiing your dream bouquet? Don't worry we also do a consultation service to create your bouquet. 99% of our bouquets have been created this way.

4- How will i know if i like my finished bouquet? - we will send you lots of pictures along the way so you can approve it all before we send it out to you.


5- How much notice do you need? Custom bouquets require 6 months notice - Bouquest in the shop require max of 3 months including delivery time before you get married more if possible as all our bouquets ar made to order and it is a timely process to get it perfect for you.

6 - Where do you deliver?- we deliver throughout the UK and Scotland, Ireland and worldwide.

7- How is my bouquet posted? - Your flowers are posted wrapped in tissue paper in a sturdy box then posted 1st class recorded delivery so you can track your flowers. There is an option of quaranteed next day delivery please ask us about this.
