    Coffee Mugs That Will Make You Smile

    Foxy Mug is the husband-and-wife team of Kevin and Victoria, who live in sunny Southern California. Kevin, by trade, is an engineer who spent 10 years in the high tech industry fabricating computer hardware. Victoria, an entrepreneur and creative talent, has varied artistic interests including graphic design, crafting organic soaps and painting. For her, creativity is the bottom line.

    We started to do some research into the sublimation process and quickly decided that we could use Victoria’s creative talents to design a line of mugs our customers would enjoy each morning with their cup of coffee or tea.

    The first few months were a testing period as we refined our process and streamlined production. Now, we are thrilled to say we have a thriving business. We have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback we have received from so many of our customers. It has touched our hearts to know that our mugs can mean so much to them.

    We are happy to say we do not use any third party printers or mass manufacturers to make our mugs. All our mugs are designed, printed and sublimated by us in our studio, using the highest quality sublimation inks and materials.

    Frequently asked questions
    I'm sending this as a gift, can I include a gift note?

    For all orders that we produce in house (all items except apparel) just leave your gift note at checkout and we will include it at no charge. We never include pricing information in our shipments.

    How are your mugs made?

    Our mugs are individually produced by us, in our studio, using professional sublimation equipment. Our designs are permanently sublimated on so our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.

    We print our designs on both sides so our mugs are perfect for right or left handed users.

    When will my order ship?

    Most of our mugs are ready to ship in 1-3 business days though specific processing times are included in each listing.

    Keep in mind that during peak holiday times we may need to increase our production time but it in rare event that we do, that information will be clearly listed.

    What if my mug arrives broken?

    In the extremely rare event you receive a broken mug, please send us a photo of the damaged mug and we will gladly send you a new one.

    What if I realize the shipping address on my order is wrong?

    Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. If you need to change your address after your order is placed please contact us ASAP.
