Returns and exchange details
Please keep in mind that these are all one-of-a-kind items and a refund or exchange will be handled on an individual basis. I do not accept returns on custom made items (switchplates, mosaic art, crosses, etc). I try to be very explicit in my description of each item so that you will have enough knowledge to determine if you'd like to place an order. I also offer pictures of each item so you can see exactly what you are getting. If it is decided between the customer and myself that a refund is in order, I will refund the amount you paid minus the S&H fee.
