Delivery
The delivery time differs from country to country. It usually takes about 7-10 days for the products to be delivered within Europe and around 10-20 to other continents.
In case of any problems or delays on our side, we will surely let you know. Unfortunately we have no impact on post's performance.
International customs payments, shall they apply in case of the country of the receiver, are clients responsibility. Delivery time indicated above doesn't include customs control time if such has place.

Custom and personalized orders
If you find something in our shop that you'd like to have customized, do not hesitate to contact us! We'll do our best to make the jewelry as you wish it to be!
Special order? Let us know! We'll be glad to help you become the owner of something special! The price of alterations/custom orders is calculated according to the scope of changes needed and/or time and material necessary to realize such order.
Because of the nature of the CUSTOM MADE & PERSONALIZED ORDERS, unless the item(s) arrive(s) damaged or defective, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Sizing details
We always put the mesurements of the jewelry pieces in their description. Please read the information carefully! Sometimes photo images might be misleading.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We pack all our jewelry pieces in jewelry *POUCHES free of charge*.
Nonetheless, if you wish to have your jewelry packed in a *BOX* and have a dedication card added - just check the boxes and wrapping options we have available in this section:

Boxes will be tied with linen or organza ribbon.
Please note, that etsy's "This order is a gift"(=do not add receipt to the parcel) is not equivalent to "Gift wrapping" (=order packed for a gift). Read the description of these options and choose the one that suits you best!

We use metals such as Sterling Silver & Fine Silver (925-999), Copper, Gold Plated Sterling Silver not only because they are beautiful but also because of their positive properties and good influence on human's body.
Why do we use natural gemstones and not other things?
Because of their natural beauty and special properties and also because, not as other artificial components, they'll literrally last ages! So they'll serve you all your life and you can even pass them to your children, and they to theirs, ...:)
Environmental Consciousness
We do our best to make our business friendly to the environment and we also hope that our clients, and anyone who visits our site, will contribute to this idea.
A great advantage of the jewelry of a kind we make is that all the components are extremely durable and all of them can be either reused or recycled.
The material from a piece of jewelry you do not use anymore or a broken item may also serve to make absolutely new piece of jewelry! Just consult a jeweler or other capable craftsman for possible solutions!
Tracking, Tracking outside Portugal and outside Europe
* Once your jewellery is sent, we will always provide you with the tracking number, as we send all packages with registered air mail (by Correios de Portugal, CTT). Nonetheless, tracking using the Portuguese Post Office Site (or Etsy system that is connected to it) usually doesn't work outside Europe. This happens because after the package is received in destination country, a different reference number is given to it. In such cases, if yo wish to know the status of the item we sent to you, what you can do is to take the reference number we indicated (that will be RHxxxxxxxxxPT) and go directly to your nearest national post office to have them check the status of your parcel in their data base.
Photos - sizes and other characteristics
We do our best to picture all jewelry pieces in the most realistic way, nonetheless how you see them may depend on your screen settings, light, etc., so the actual product may appear slightly different than in the photo.
Please note also that majority of the pictures are taken with zoom/close-up, which is to allow you to see all the details of our jewelry. For this reason some jewelry pieces may give the impression to be bigger than in reality. Remember that we always put the information about the **size of every piece of jewelry in its description**, so please refer to it before making the purchase.

Unique and Short Series Jewelry Creations by Harmonia
Harmonia's jewelry are mainly *unique* (1 item only) or *short series*(3-5 pieces) creations.
The idea behind this jewelry studio is to create original items that you'll not find anywhere else. Only a few basic, classic models (like, for example, one string silver and gemstone bracelets, simple ball, disc, dangle or circle earrings) will be available in more than 5 items.
