Coperte peruviane
Queste coperte furono create inizialmente per proteggersi dal gelo delle alture andine, nelle nostre città alte in Perù, il freddo può scendere sotto gli 0ºC, le madri andine crearono questa tecnica di tessitura realizzata al "Telaio" per prendersi cura e proteggere tutta la famiglia dai pericoli del freddo nelle loro zone, questa tecnica fu creata dalle popolazioni di Puno e Cuzco più di 2000 anni fa.
Le donne andine avevano l'obbligo di imparare a tessere e di trasmettere questa tradizione alle donne della famiglia. Tutti i modelli appresi vengono trasmessi di generazione in generazione e traggono ispirazione da credenze, religione, natura, flora e fauna.
Le donne conoscevano solo i loro villaggi, perché molti di questi villaggi sono molto lontani dalla città e non hanno strade.
Le artigiane esprimono le loro esperienze di vita quotidiana in questi tessuti perché non sapevano né leggere né scrivere, e questa è una forma di espressione. Ogni figura ha un significato diverso. Puoi trovare:
Calendario Inca, lagune, dualità andina (uomini e donne), artigli di puma, occhi di principessa Inca, occhi di puma, becco di condor e molte altre forme.
Ogni coperta è realizzata in modo unico e naturale.
Per il dipinto vengono utilizzati diversi tipi di piante e frutti per acquisire ogni colore.
