Every product includes A4 and US Letter PDF files, and most planners also include A5. The page count and sizes are listed in each listing. When you print, choose Actual Size or 100%, not Fit to Page, and do a test print of one page first.

Right after payment Etsy shows a download link, and you also get an email. You can download the files any time from You > Purchases and reviews on etsy.com (use a computer or a browser if the Etsy app does not show the files). Every file is a PDF, there is nothing to unzip.

Send me a message through Etsy with the product name, your device or printer and, if you can, a screenshot. I will help you fix it or send a corrected file. Because these are digital downloads, they cannot be returned, but I want every file to work for you.
