1 out of 5 starsI had purchased an owl hat from this seller, and never recieved it! I contacted her multiple times regarding my order, and never heard back. I then had to report a non-delivery to etsy, and finally after doing that, she responded with refunding my purchase. However, I never got an explanation as to what happened to my order, and why she never contacted me back. HORRIBLE customer service! She should be shut down!
