Delighted with Mt Taranaki 7 which is going to be a very special engagement gift for friends. Thank you for the careful packaging - it arrived safe and sound in Edinburgh in good time.

Beautiful pohutukawa print which I have framed and is waiting to be hung in my house in Italy.
      Love the vibrant colours
Took about 2 weeks to arrive.
Thank you for your kind note and beautiful bee print (a little extra unexpected but much appreciated!!)

    The Moments in between...

I have been an artist since before I can remember.
I knew it was always my destiny.
Through art school, developing my skill and establishing my Artistic voice, I discovered a deep sense of meaning and fulfillment in the process.

For me Painting is an intuitive process of creating space, backed up by years of sketching from life (and my piles of sketch book resources!) A layering of experiences. It is a process of being present to what comes, to new subtleties.

    I am inspired by nature.
I love to watch the dancing shadows created by the sun shining through trees, sparkles on the ocean, shapes, patterns and colours of all the flowers and leaves through all their changes with each season... these thing make my heart sing!

It is the light that makes the shadows that I love to draw and the colours I love to paint. Where there is light, there is clarity and warmth.

Our experiences in the world are incredibly layered. Each moment, each layer, is fragile and fleeting. I’m influenced by this perception of the world, and how the often-overlooked details or moments may not even be noticed.
I want to remind my viewers to notice the moments.
To remind them, that in a world which seems so full of sadness and distruction, there is so much beauty.

There is magic everywhere... if you stop to notice it.
