As an artist I have explored many avenues of creativity, all of them wonderful and fulfilling in their own way.

I originally started my journey taking oil painting classes to keep myself occupied after leaving my job of 15 years as a secretary, getting married, and moving to the beautiful seaside city of San Clemente California. Needless to say, the subject matter was spectacular! After many years of studies, I felt ready to jury for the Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach, where I spent the next 10 summers of my career selling oil and watercolor paintings. Ceramic jewelry being my next adventure for another 5 years, selling my work in over 200 retail stores in the United States.

My next chapter included interior design and construction management, operating my own company for 28 years. I have also worked with many of the large home builders in California, helping buyers design their interior spaces, all the while never giving up my passion for creating beautiful things, I am currently devoting my time to create beautiful pieces of sterling silver jewelry, bird cottages, and oil and watercolor paintings.
