3 out of 5 starsLei was not fully assembled, I didn't know I was going to have to put the personlized letters and flowers together. Packaged tightly I'm going to have to hang it for a few days as well.

1 out of 5 starsIf I could give 0 stars I would. I have been messaging this person back and forth since like the 16th of April. Placed the order they said I would get it in 10-14 days. It’s now the 2nd of May and when I go to tracking it’s still showing it’s awaiting the item at USPS. The messages have been so weird. Sometimes it’s messages with punctuation and sometimes it seems like a 10 year old is messaging me back. Also this account states it’s in Florida but the tracking shows Illinois. Seems like this account is a scammer! I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge since I am not getting this product I ordered. I also asked about the colors I was wanting they said they hadn’t made that combination of colors yet but they would, they stated they would send me a picture of the product when it was completed. Didn’t happen!

1 out of 5 starsThis store is absolute c r a p. I ordered two royal blue and gold and one green and white sash. They sent me teal and gold then wouldn’t refund my money. Only offering 50% off a product. I was not going to use. Finally Etsy had to step in and refund my money all because they offered a product they didn’t have and did “nana there I did it” with what they did have. The customizations weren’t even in the right bags.
