Are your items dishwasher/microwave safe?
Coffee cups, both 11 and 15 oz., are microwave and top rack dishwasher safe. Stainless steel drinkware such as our wine tumblers and skinny tumblers are NOT microwave safe and should be hand washed.
My item was mark "Delivered", but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
Please make sure the address you provide is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was marked "delivered", but was not received, please speak with your mail carrier or local postmaster. We can assist you in looking up your local post office's contact information, as well as filing a lost/missing mail claim. We are in no way affiliated with USPS and aren't privileged to more information above and beyond what your tracking shows. Customers are responsible for monitoring their provided tracking number.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare case your order arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We are not liable for damage outside of delivery and will not replace orders past the 7 day mark.
My order was returned to you. Why and what now?
There are numerous reasons packages are returned to us, the main one being the address in incorrect. This can include a wrong zip code, missing apartment number, or information in the address line that doesn't have anything to do with the delivery address. When a package is returned to us, USPS considers the shipment fulfilled and will require new postage for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for new shipping. Orders will not be refunded if customer refuses to pay for new shipping so please, double, triple check the address before submitting your order.
Can I ship to 2 different addresses and qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applies to ONE domestic address. If you submit an order with multiple addresses in the "note to seller" portion, it will immediately be canceled. If you'd like to arrange for multiple orders to ship to several addresses, you may place the orders individually or contact us prior to placing the order.
