In addition to premium high-quality embroidery materials, I also provide original embroidery patterns, embroidery kits, tote bags and embroidered wall art thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by me.

Returns & Exchanges
Please be advised that returns and exchanges are not accepted for Bohin embroidery needles, DMC thread, or embroidery kits due to safety and quality assurance standards. For all other items, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Tracking Information: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and will include tracking details. Delivery status may be affected by third-party postal services and customs inspections.

- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
