My OnTheRoadMama Story

It seems like I have always done some kind of crafts. To keep myself busy after I retired from being a Radiology Admnistrator at Mayo Clinic in 2008, I decided to spend more time cross stitching. I kept completing one project after another, which led me to have to sell off some of my inventory. I started signing up for craft shows, doing a few custom orders here and there, and designing some patterns.

My husband and I live in a 40' motor home for half of the year so my crafts get to travel wherever we go. Thus, my shop name evolved into......………..”OnTheRoadMama”. I have proven I can sell handmade crafts anywhere. My challenge is not to take up "very much room" with my supplies and inventory.

I make fabric card wallets (that make great gift card holders), zipper pouches and phone/eyeglass cases, all in fun fabrics. My inventory seems to grow so I guess I have to search for more room for my totes!

Some of my friends call me a CEO- Craft Executive Officer”! I would be most pleased if you would browse through my shop. I have something for anyone who has everything. All my items are ready to ship and made in a pet- free, smoke-free environment. In most cases, I ship first class mail within 1-2 days following payment.

My mission is to provide high quality handmade items for my customers to enjoy themselves or enjoy gifting to others.
