¡Comencé a acolchar en 1979 y vendí mi primera colcha en 1987! Pero realmente todo comenzó cuando mi mamá nos enseñó a mi hermana y a mí a bordar cuando éramos niñas. También nos gustaban los collares y anillos de cuentas. Más tarde, cuando aprendí costura de prendas de vestir en la escuela secundaria, mi amor por la creación y la tela se alimentó aún más y ha seguido creciendo. Disfruto mucho convirtiendo mis pensamientos en creaciones para la venta, concursos y exhibiciones aquí y allá. Tengo un interés especial en coser productos pequeños, lo que me permite seguir creando por mi propia mano. Verá muchas telas combinadas con acolchado a mano, cuentas de vidrio, botones vintage, hilo metálico, lentejuelas, gamuza ultra, hallazgos de metal, fieltro de lana, cartulina, fibras hechas a mano y un poco de estampado.

I began quilting in 1979 and sold my first quilt in 1987! But it really all began when my Mom taught my sister and I how to embroider as young girls. We also liked to bead necklaces and rings. Later when I learned garment sewing in junior high school, my love of creating and fabric was fueled further and has kept growing. I thoroughly enjoy turning my thoughts into creations for sale, contests and exhibits here and there. I have a special interest in sewing small products, which allows me to continue to create by my own hand. You will see many fabrics combined with hand quilting, glass beads, vintage buttons, metallic thread, sequins, ultra suede, metal findings, wool felt, card stock, handmade fibers, and a little stamping.
