    PuddlePuddle is a labour of love and a need to just make.

    Puddle Puddle crafts are individually handmade with care, in Melbourne, Australia.

    I've been trying my hand at anything and everything since I was tiny.

    My love of all things handmade started with my mum. I used to sit underneath the kitchen table while she sewed above me. Drawing pictures on the underside, or cutting fabric. She has inspired me to give everything a go!

    I'm obsessed with upcycling and making one-off pieces that show off individuality and creativity.

    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases.
    Payment
    I accept PayPal and credit card payment. Prices on this site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

    You do not need a PayPal account to use this system, and PayPal securely accepts all major credit cards.

    Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
    Customers in Australia can pay with a direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me directly if you want to use this method.
    Delivery
    I ship from Melbourne (Australia) by Australia Post, so delivery dates vary. After you place an order I will contact you with estimated delivery times.
    I ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order (unless it's a custom order, which will be discussed with the purchaser)

    All items are shipped to the address specified in your Etsy account.
    If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to PuddlePuddle" during checkout.

    Because of the low shipping costs, orders are not insured or traceable. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and I will discuss it with you. If it has been more than 4 weeks (8 weeks internationally) since your order shipped, it's likely that I will re-send it.
    If you prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage and traceable, please contact me and request upgraded shipping and I will send you a price quote and then a PayPal invoice for the difference.

    **Note: Any custom fees & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the rules & regulations of your home country.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    PuddlePuddle creations are jewellery and crafts intended for adults and collectors over 14 years old. They are not suitable for children as will not stand up to vigorous play and they include small parts that could easily be swallowed.
