Normal processing on handmade items is usually 3-5 business days and in stock ready to ship items 1-3 business days. This can be shorter or longer depending on how many open orders I have at the time. If you have any questions about current times, please feel free to message me. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. If you have a rush order (less than 2 weeks out), please contact me PRIOR to purchasing to see if I can accommodate you.

I ship though the USPS either first class or priority mail based on weight of the item.

Shipping time varies with the USPS so I can not guarantee delivery by a certain date. Per the post office usual shipping time for first class is 2-10 days and priority is 2-3 days. They do not guarantee those times so things can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive. Weather delays are also possible.

Tracking numbers are provided on all orders so you can track their progress at any time.

I print my shipping labels based on the address you have listed on your Etsy account. Please make sure it is correct prior to ordering. Any order returned for incorrect or incomplete shipping will require you to purchase a new label at your cost to reship.

Sometimes mistakes can be made with combined shipping calculations that result in overcharges. While I try to enter information to cover multiple types of combined orders, it is not possible to put in every possible scenario for every item and every zip code. In the event that I see you have been overcharged for combined shipping after items are packed and the label is printed, I will issue you a refund for the overage.

In the event that items get damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. Save all items and packaging and take pictures if you can.

Please read each listing description carefully to make sure exactly what you are purchasing. I try to provide as much information (sometimes too much) as possible. If you do not find the information you need, please contact me here on Etsy. I check my messages throughout the day and evening and can usually respond within a few hours.

Purple Pirate Studios is run by myself and I try my best to provide the best possible products I can. Please keep in mind, handmade items are just that, handmade. The best part about handmade is that no matter how perfect they are made, there maybe some variances in items making them perfectly imperfect.

Please contact me prior to making any returns. Refunds are given for the purchase price of the items less shipping and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well. To receive a refund, item must be return in good condition.
