1. What file formats do you provide ?
All of my designs come in STL format (compatible with CNC carving, 3D printing, and laser
engraving). Some listings may also include additional formats like OBJ or DXF if relevant. File
formats are always mentioned in the product description.
2. How do I receive my files?
All products in my shop are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will
provide instant access to the files. No physical item will be shipped.
3. Can I use these files for commercial projects?
Yes! My STL files can be used to create physical items for both personal and commercial use
(like selling carvings, prints, or engravings made from the files). However, reselling or
redistributing the digital files themselves is not allowed.
4. What if I have issues with a file?
Every model is tested, but if you run into trouble, just message me. I’ll be happy to help
troubleshoot and make sure the file works for your project.
5. Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely! I love collaborating with makers. If you need a custom design or modification,
send me a message and we’ll discuss the details.
