星 5 個のうち 5 個This shop owner deserves a 10 star rating! She responded to my needs and did a custom order of her beautiful cross-stitch chart. At an extremely reasonable price, she mailed the physical chart to me and I received it very quickly. The chart is printed on a high quality heavy paper that will withstand time and use. The chart and symbols are a good size and very legible. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the excellent customer service this shop owner extended to me! 💜

Can I return a Kit?
It depends on the Kit. If a pattern is included with the kit, No you can not return it due to copyright laws.
If the kit is a kit of just supplies, yes, you can return it in original condition.
Custom and personalized orders
That will depend on what time of the year it is. During our Christmas season our sister store which specializes in Christmas keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have time.
