She has a very small wrist, so seller asking actual wrist size was wonderful! Travelled a long way so it took several weeks to get to me, but was worth the wait!! Arrived intact with no problems!

Gift wrapping and packaging
All my soutache jewelry are shipped in jewelry box and then secured. All my other jewelry (e.g wrap bracelets) are shipped in organza bag and smart secure cardboard box than also secured.
Delivery
Order is send to you via Polish Post as register priority letter with a tracking number (but not all non-Europe countries offer shipment tracking for these letters from Poland). Please check the status of the parcel on your post and contact me if you do not receive order within 4 weeks from the day of posting.
Delivery time declared by Polish Mail: Poland - 1-2 business days, Europe - 5-7 business days, outside Europe - 10-22 business days (but it could be longer). I can file a claime at the post office only after 1 month of posting. Post has 3 months for claiming. The refund is possible after receiving the return of the parcel or in case of loss - after consideration of the complaint by post.
Is it possible to pay by bank transfer to a Polish bank account?

During the Christmas period, there may be delays at the postal services. The time of shipping to the US is about 3-4 weeks OR LONGER; in Europe 1-2 weeks. If the order is placed after November, it will probably reach the recipient in the US/Canada only after Christmas.
The complaint procedure at the Polish Post
I submit a complaint at the post office. The deadline for considering the complaint by Poczta Polska is 3 months for international shipments. The abovementioned deadlines are counted from the day following the day of submitting the complaint.
The complaint may result:
a) delivery of the package to the recipient
b) returning the parcel to the sender
c) if the Post lose my parcel, I receive information about it
d) if the package has been delivered - I get information about it in response to a submitted complaint.
In accordance with the refund procedure, I can make a refund after I receive the return of the package or after confirmation by Post of the loss of the package.
Refund
The refund is possible after receiving the return of the parcel or in case of loss - after consideration of the complaint by post.
In the case of returning an unclaimed shipment, the refund only covers the cost of the product (excluding transport costs).
Customs declaration
I am sending from Poland (European Union). According to EU law, I have to include a customs declaration with the price of the product on shipments outside the EU. This also applies to gift shipments.
For buyers from UK
Selling to the UK after Brexit. Orders over £ 135 (€ 200) are subject to an additional customs fee upon delivery (approximately 20% of the order value). Orders smaller than 135 pounds will have no extra customs charge upon delivery. So - I recommend a purchase up to 135 pounds :)
