Acerca de Alex Hartz – Artista plástico pintor al óleo
Hola, soy Alex Hartz, artista plástico y pintor al óleo residente en Nueva Jersey. Siempre he sido un artista creativo de corazón, pero fue durante mis años universitarios, mientras estudiaba Bellas Artes, cuando me enamoré por completo de la pintura al óleo. Hay algo en la riqueza, profundidad y textura del óleo que me sigue inspirando cada vez que tomo un pincel.
Mi obra se inspira en la naturaleza, desde las flores del jardín hasta los amplios paisajes. Me inspiro constantemente en el mundo que me rodea: mis viajes, el tiempo que paso al aire libre y los colores y formas que encuentro en mi propio jardín. Pinto a partir de fotos personales u otras referencias visuales que despiertan algo en mí, siempre con el objetivo de capturar un instante de belleza.
Me inclino por paletas de colores brillantes y alegres y pinceladas texturizadas, buscando crear piezas inspiradoras y llenas de vida. Mi esperanza es que, al ver una de mis pinturas, alguien se sienta un poco más alegre, como si hubiera recibido un pequeño momento de paz y belleza para guardar en su hogar.

Hi, I’m Alex Hartz — a fine artist and oil painter based in New Jersey. I’ve always been a creative at heart, but it was during my college years, while earning my degree in fine art, that I truly fell in love with oil painting. There’s something about the richness, depth, and texture of oil that continues to inspire me every time I pick up a brush.
My work is rooted in nature — from garden blooms to wide-open landscapes. I’m endlessly inspired by the world around me: my travels, my time spent outdoors, and the colors and shapes I find in my own garden. I paint from personal photos or other visual references that stir something in me, always with the goal of capturing a moment of beauty.
I gravitate toward bright, cheerful color palettes and textured brushwork, aiming to create pieces that feel uplifting and full of life. My hope is that when someone sees one of my paintings, they feel just a little more joyful — like they’ve been gifted a small moment of peace and beauty to keep in their home.
