Are refunds available for digital paper and clipart purchases?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads due to the nature of the products. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact our customer support, and we'll do our best to address and resolve them.
How do I download the digital paper and clipart files after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you can download the files directly from your Etsy profile. Simply go to your account, locate the order, and click on the "Download" button.
You will also receive an email from Etsy with your download instructions for the file.
Can I use the purchased digital items for commercial projects?
Yes, many of our digital paper and clipart designs are available for commercial use. However, it's crucial to review the licensing information provided in the product description to ensure compliance with the terms.
What if I encounter difficulties with the download or have technical issues?
If you experience any difficulties with downloading or encounter technical issues, please reach out to me for support. I am here to assist you and ensure a smooth experience.
What file types do you provide for the clipart and digital papers?
We state in each listing what the file types are. Typically it will be PNG or JPEG files.
Our digital papers are 300dpi and are sized at 3600px or 12 x 12 inches.
Our clipart is 300dpi and sized to at least 4000px.
We ask that you refer to each listing, as each designs has it's own requirements such as transparent backgrounds or white backgrounds depending on the design.
How are your designs created?
I take pride in offering a diverse range of designs. Some are meticulously crafted by hand and then turned into a digital design, while others are generated using advanced AI techniques. Each design is labeled in the product description to provide clarity on its origin.
