Good product but not sure of the benefit to storing bread !

This is a week-thought out item, most bread knives that you look at for perfect, same size slices, come with a very large slice, so you have to guess and it may not be the same for all slices. One that I did look at, mass-produced, you had to unscrew, move the measuring guide, then screw it back to hold its place. This item also allows you to pick the size of slices that you want, very ingenious!! Do ask for instructions on caring for the knife along with the wood, doesn’t come included. I am very happy with this, and I hope my Mom finds it very useful, she buys fresh sourdough bread that doesn’t come sliced!!

Bought as gift for my father who has taken up hobby making bread. He is pleased with them for freezing the bread loaves he makes each week. Easy to use and clean.
