From one woman's hand to another woman's hand
Meet Ayşe, a 44-year-old married mother of two cats. 😊 She lives in Izmir, Turkey. Ayşe is an engineer and worked as a manager in a male-dominated, global company for 20 years. Working in a male-dominated industry, seeing the hardships women face, and how far ahead men are globally is heartbreaking and heartbreaking for a woman. I participated in a company event called Survivor, and I broke my foot during that competition. After major surgery, I was home for four months without getting up. I continue my life with three platinum plates and nine screws in my foot as a gift. Fifteen days before my report, my company laid me off, and that day, I felt like a racehorse; I wouldn't be performing well anymore. It was just a feeling I had in my mind at the time. I was heartbroken, and at a time when I should have been working even harder, all that effort was lost. Then I decided to turn my hobbies into a career.
We have a permanent team of five women, and depending on our workload, we receive project-based support from other women. What do we do? We sew, we knit, we dye, we transform, we renew, we carry out recycling projects, and there are many other options available. In short, we bring life to everything we touch. This is how we provide employment for women.
We started with the slogan "From one woman's hand to another" with our bags. With all our products, we wanted to embody the refined, naive stance of women as "TO LIFE."
I love designing and producing. I used to do everything myself as a hobby, but now I create the first product myself, then work on it with my teammates to fulfill our stock and orders. Ayşe's passion for creating inspires all women, and we are even happier.
