This Privacy Policy describes how and when Valedyn collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from Valedyn, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. In such cases, We will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information, you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
ChatGPT Usage:
• We may use ChatGPT to assist with our messages or responses. By sending a message or submitting a review, you agree that your message may be shared with ChatGPT. We do not store or retain any personal data shared with ChatGPT beyond the duration of the interaction. We are not responsible for any unintended data sharing or breaches related to ChatGPT. If you have concerns about sharing data with ChatGPT, please refrain from sending messages or reviews.
