Gift wrapping and packaging

A4 prints are sealed in a plastic wrap then placed in an extra rigid fibreboard mailer envelope for delivery.

A3 / A2 prints are sealed in a plastic wrap and packaged in a cardboard tube for delivery.

A4 print dimensions:
210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches

A3 print dimensions:
297 × 420 millimeters or 11.69 × 16.54 inches

A2 print dimensions:
420 × 594 millimeters or 16.54 × 23.39 inches

Print processing

All prints are made to order and usually take between 2-4 business days for us to receive the finished item dependent on the printers timings.

International Shipping

We recommend tracked shipping where possible for all International orders for peace of mind.
All prints are shipped from New Zealand.
All international shipping prices includes packaging.
Average international shipping time from New Zealand is between 5-10 business days.

What if my print is badly damaged in the post.

If your print is heavily folded, punctured or torn during transit, we will ask you to supply us with a photo of the damaged original and the original packaging that it arrived in. Once satisfied, we will print a replacement and resend your order.

Customs has opened my parcel

By law all Customs departments have the right to open any parcel on arrival in their country. This is not unusual and is their standard process against anything unlawfully entering their country.
