Custom Orders:
When working on a custom order, I shall create a custom listing for you.
All fees and delivery charges will be discussed with you before hand.
I shall start creating the order for you once the listing has been purchased.
All custom/personalised work is non refundable.
Delivery
You are responsible for supplying the correct shipping address.
I will ship to the address you have provided. So please double check before finalising your purchase.
Please message me BEFORE placing your order if you need the item by a certain date. I shall try my up most to accommodate you.

The shipping method I use is Royal Mail First Class Mail.
I ship from Birmingham, England, UK
The shipping method for countries outside of the UK is Standard Royal Mail Air Mail.
I aim to ship within 48 hours after payment has been received.
You should receive a dispatch email on the day the item is posted to you.
Estimated Shipping Times:
UK: 1-3 Business Days
USA: 5-7 Business Days
Rest of Europe: 2 to 5 working days

Can I put your work in my consignment shop?
I am afraid I do not sell based on consignment.
How do your Custom Orders work?
Depending on the kind of item you want me to create, I shall discuss shipping and charges with you before creating a Custom Listing.
I shall await payment and then once received get creating!
You will receive the draft designs for approval before print. This will be via the email you contact me with.
Once I make any final adjustments and you are happy I shall ship the order.
