    Returns and exchanges
    If you are unhappy with your item you can send it back and we will give you store credit or refund you.

    How to return your purchase:

    1 - You must get in touch within 7 days by email and explain what you are returning and why.

    2 - Pay to send your package via Track and Trace methods to us, it must arrive within 7 days (NZ) and 10 days (international) upon reciept of delivery.

    Until an item is received at Ziggurat it is your responsibility, so Track and Trace shipping is fundamental.

    Please note:  

    - Ziggurat is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free (for the first return only).

    - All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping. Any international order that has been sent to customers under a free shipping offer will be refunded (or credited) but will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
    We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), or via direct bank deposits (For NZ customers only),
 Or Paypal.

    Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Ziggurat is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
    We cannot ship to PO BOXES or Private Bags addresses.

    International orders are fully tracked and traced. It takes 3 to 10 working days depending on where you are, once your payment has been confirmed. Sometimes parcels can be held in customs and may add on to your delivery time.

Please be aware that Ziggurat is not liable for any import duty or tax applied in transit or upon entering your country. Please let us know if you would like your parcel to be marked in a certain way.
