Payment may be made through PayPal, which I believe makes life easy by being fast and secure. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.Orders will not be dispatched until they have been paid for.

Customers in GREECE can also pay by bank deposit or payment on delivery through the postal service. Please convo. me so I can give you my account details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is made into my account. Payment is expected within 3 days if you choose this method, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Due to the nature and weight of some of these items, we offer 2 possible methods of shipping, the Greek post office, where an item can be sent with a tracking number or DHL Express shipping. In some cases where the price to send a parcel by DHL is actually cheaper than by Post Office, we opt for the faster service.

On average, parcels within Greece tend to take 2 days to arrive, 3-5 days within Europe and approx. usually around 10 days or so for the US and beyond. A larger item which is sent as a parcel, rather than a letter (over 2 kilos) can sometimes take longer as can any parcel during peak times like Christmas.

CARE OF THE WOOD: We encourage you to read over the care instructions given with your olive wood items. If olive oil or a wood conditioner is not used after regular use and washing, the board could possibly crack, warp, or fray. Any damage relating to improper care after 2 weeks of receiving you board, will not be seen as a problem in the product we created, but on the lack of care from the customer. We cannot refund or replace a board because of improper care. If you were given the board as a gift, and the giver did not include the care instructions with your board, please contact us and we can email them to you.
