She made sure to use a TON of bubble wrap around the ornament and the box itself which I really appreciated since the flowers are so delicate. Melissa was great to chat with for any questions and delivery was prompt. HIGHLY recommend!!!

4 out of 5 starsI’m extremely satisfied with the product, however, communication was lacking. After 10 weeks I contacted the seller for an update. She responded that she had a personal matter which delayed the order. I completely understood, but I think she could have sent a quick message stating it would take longer than the 6-8 weeks advertised. Then the shipping, the label was created on June 26th. When checking the tracking on July 6th it still showed that the label was created and the package hadn’t been dropped off at UPS. So I contacted the seller again. The next day the package was finally dropped off at UPS, but I never had a response from the seller.
