Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop. I am a collage artist embracing all the anomalies and spontaneity inherent in creating collage. I create highly saturated art from found printed imagery. I do not use photoshop to create my collages. This is purely old school cut and paste with a very contemporary flare. With today's gadgets, its too easy to edit things and keep changing our ideas. Some of Aaron’s favorite contemporary artists are Todd Schorr, Mark Ryden, Robert Williams, and Robert Crumb. All of them have unbelievable courage and talent to create something wild and thought provoking with deep references to pop culture. I will always love Salvador Dali, Picasso, Matisse, Hieronymous Bosch, Goya, and Leonardo Da Vinci, not only for their art, but also for their uncompromising courage and originality. Pablo Picasso once said, "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up."
