About

From my heart to yours! All handmade items are lovingly created by me and hopefully you will love them too. Ever since I was a child I have been creating. It comes from within and I am driven to create my art. Though I change mediums and explore combinations of mediums it all comes from within and my goal is to explore and expand my artistic expression as much as possible while I am here on Earth.

Throughout high school and college, she was active in high diving and came
to California to be part of the U. S. High diving Team, performing shows at
Magic Mountain and around the world. She photographed the team frequently
and was a freelance photographer for the Santa Clarita Signal. It was her
love of movement, action, and photography that all came together to forge
her interest in film.

Today, working in clay, glass, fabric arts and photography she feels as though she has
been brought back to her original love of movement and form. She refers to
her work as being driven by interpreting and freezing action and motion
through hard materials while in their fluid forms. In addition, her
photography is driven by capturing a moment in time with dramatic color and
light, showing movement and fluidity through the image's frame and freezing
that event for ever.

My art work has evolved around the particular medium I choose to work in
during different periods of time. I am currently working with my photography
and fabric arts combining the two mediums to compliment each other and
become one. Playing off of color and textures intrigues my eye and forces me
to push further and integrate the mediums in new and different ways.

Here is a blog I started where I will post about my creative process and thoughts:
