About

Hello, my name is Olivia and I'm 17 years old. I started re-purposing jewelry when I was
12 and haven't looked back since! I love using vintage pieces as my inspiration, and as
my materials.

A lot of my inspiration comes from my mother. She always had stuff out when I was younger from her own artwork, strewn about our house. Glitter, paper, vintage hats, vintage necklaces, and the like. Next thing I knew we were at antique malls scoping out our next great find. I loved the vintage jewelry, but, not the style.
So I decided to take a few classes at our local bead store to learn how to make jewelry for myself. It was so much fun! I was obsessed. At first I had some, well, weird and dare I say, crazy designs.

They never really worked out but, there was mother, never discouraging, and always ready to help make them better. I have so much to thank her for, otherwise I would not be making any of the things I make today. She helped my creativity bloom and transform, so, thank you mom. :)

Now my inspiration comes from vintage materials. I jazz them up, take 'em apart, throw a little hand-dyed ribbon on them, make them beautiful and fun! I try to make things that no one has seen yet. Give old, outdated, and tired pieces new life. Re-purposed, so they may be re-loved!
