HOW THE HATS BEGAN (a little note from the artist): Two words started the Hats - CHUBBY CHEEKS! If you know me and have seen me smile, this will come as no surprise to you, but yes, I have chubby cheeks! Being a lover of the classic beanie, this was a problem because it seemed the snugglier the beanie, the chubbier my cheeks would appear! So began the search for the perfect beanie-type hat for me - one that would allow me to show more character than chub! After much roadtripping and trying-ons of things, I came to the conclusion that the hat in my imagination would have to be woven, one stitch at a time, from just there! That's how the first Adventure Hat was created. Ofcourse back then, it didn't have a name, and I didn't yet know of all the Hats to come. Hundreds and hundreds of warmer heads, heady adventures and smilier smiles later, here I am, still with chubby cheeks, and grateful they are just so! Thank you for stopping in…
