I try very hard to use almost all vintage parts in my jewelry. I oxidize sterling wire for wrapping so that over time it will darken even more. There may be a new crystal rhondelle here and there, but for the most part all beads, findings, chains, and baubles, are vintage found objects. Also, I buy things because they are worn, scratched, bruised, and dull. I hope that you expect and admire these imperfections as I do.

Allilian was my great grandmother (that's her picture as my avatar). This shop is a tribute to her and to my MomMom and my Mom, who would have been tickled pink to be collecting and creating along with me!

I am also a freelance Illustrator. Feel free to check out my website, www.jbreinhardt.com
