I feel very fortunate for this life and to be able to pursue my art. As a gesture of thanks, I donate 5 - 10% of every sale to charity. See individual item listings for details and charity information.

I am inspired by architecture, biology, paleoceanography, paleobotany, osteology, electronic micrography, tillandsias, succulents, leaf venation systems, Mandelbrot set fractals, radiolarian tests and the beautiful sights experienced day-to-day and on my travels near and far. Music is an integral part of my creative and design process. It would be impossible to create any of my pieces without the music I was listening to at the time.

Creative idols: Grace Hill Turnbull, Rodin, Egon Schiele, Frank Gehry, Calder, The Clash, Ernst Haeckel, Radiohead, Gaudi, Pablo Casals, Francesco Clemente, John Horner…
