AmaniYaJuu's Profile

About

Amani Ya Juu is a place of peace and reconciliation. We are a small group of East African women stitching in Nairobi, Kenya. Many of us came to Nairobi fleeing situations of war and genocide. We joined together as marginalized women who needed to earn money to support our families. As we learned how to sew, we also experienced healing and peace from our growing relationships with Jesus Christ. Today we are dignified and hopeful. We still have burdens, but we carry them together as we sew peace into each others lives.

Each product we sell is a step toward sustainability for our families. Thank you for your support in our journey.
